My wife and I currently reside in Colorado and own a lake front property in Montgomery, Texas on Lake Conroe which will ultimately become our retirement home in the near future. We had some exterior repairs and remodeling we wanted to do and researched contractors in the area and so glad we selected Glen Martin and his team to handle our needs. We started with some exterior work which included replacing the patio deck, repairing the second-floor balcony, plus some work on an enclosed patio area in the front of the townhome. Being remote in Colorado Glen consistently kept us up to date on the progress complete with pictures to view the most recently performed work. As with most projects of this size there are things we wanted to adjust and change as we progressed, and we found Glen to be very flexible and he promptly made adjustments as requested. We also found overall his pricing to be reasonable particularly realizing the quality of work he provided making it an overall good value we believe.

We plan on doing some internal remodeling in the future and will not hesitate to call on Glen again. In today’s economy it can be challenging to find good, honest, and dependable construction contractors and Glen is as straight forward, friendly, and dependable as they come. -Darryl in Colorado-
